Recently my husband and I purchased our second Subaru Outback from Eblen’s.
We are absolutely delighted with the car, it handles beautifully in rough terrain (my son said he couldn’t feel the difference between bitumen and dirt roads) and the appointments inside are second to none. It has fantastic fuel economy and is incredibly comfortable to drive.
Whilst I could continuously wax lyrical about the fabulousness of the Subaru Outback (my dinner party invitations will probably dry up soon), I really wanted to tell you how impressed we were with your sales consultant, Troy Gustini.
Mr Gustini is perhaps the greatest asset you have within your team. He presented himself as a professional, intelligent, cheerful and courteous young man willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Mr Gustini is genuinely enthusiastic about Subaru vehicles, knew everything about the Outback and was meticulous in showing me how all the options worked. Mr Gustini was patient with my constant questioning and dealt with “paperwork” issues in an unflappable manner. I was so impressed with Mr Gustini’s professionalism I felt I had to let you know.
Thank you again Eblen, for our fantastic vehicle. We’ll be back to see Mr Gustini in a few years time when we purchase our next Outback.

I would like to drop you a line to say that you have a great team there at Eblens Subaru at Brighton.
After purchasing a vehicle from there in late 2013 from Daniel Gonzales, the level of service was excellent. This continued with the amazing servicing team. A month ago I was in a serious accident which wrote off the Subaru, and I reached out to Daniel to see what cars were around to replace it with, and also to help put some information together for me about the car that I purchased originally. The insurance company were giving me a bit of greif about the vehicle and required extra information from the Dealership, or myself so that I could prove the accessories etc on the car. Daniel not only sent my contract, he provided extra information about the Impreza and the XV and as a result I have been able to not only replace my car but upgrade to the XV.
He is a great salesman and a great guy to deal with. Looking forward to my next Subaru and continuing to recommend Eblens.
My name is Joshua and I was at you dealership earlier today to enquire and test drive the Subaru BRZ, an amazingly built car inside and out.
The reason for this email is because I would really like to recognise one of your consultants, Lydia Phillips. I was kindly greeted by Lydia today and through the time I was at the dealer received what I see as the best customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. It is so nice to be so nicely greeted and to be able to have a full conversation with a consultant that I have never met previously. Lydia was obviously very experienced and knew what she was talking about, as she answered all the questions I had in regards to the BRZ. Lydia had such an interest in who I was, which is a lovely change, as other companies I have interacted with have consultants that can be rude and inpatient. Lydia is someone who has such a nice personality and is someone who is very approachable. It is very rare to come across this excellent customer service that my girlfriend and I experienced today at your Dealer.
We were so happy when we walked away from the dealership today that we would really like to recognise Lydia, as we feel that she is a big asset for your dealership.
I look forward to the possible future when I consider purchasing a Subaru BRZ from your dealership.
Hi all at Eblens,
Yesterday I had a major service at Kingswood on my 2006 Outback 109,000kms, including timing belt and CV boots. Michael was the man of the moment he explained all that was required and rang with additional work that was uncovered when serviced.
Not only was the car returned on time it was not only spotless and a bottle of Adelaide Hills white and fuel additive to add to my joy. having had my Outback serviced by you since I purchased back in 2007 from (bought from Jarvis as I wanted a manual 2.5 and they had a demo), but I will be back to Eblens when I update to the new Outback next year.
So thank you for your service and especially Michael… keep up the good work

I completed the survey and added comments but it didn’t really completely express my satisfaction. This is the second car I have bought through Eblen and buying a car is big deal for me. I took delivery of my first Forester 12 years ago.
This time I was being cost conscious now being in retirement but since I have always used Mitcham and Michael for services I have had bad cases of new Forester envy. Michael referred me to Daniel in Brighton Road and said that there were some good deals going. Daniel rang me promptly and I went down the Hill and took a test drive and saw the demo model that would be mine. The price was right and the sales staff accommodated the lead time because of my financing arrangements. This was great. Made dealing with the Bank etc so easy.
Then just two days before changeover was to happen, my old car lost something fairly expensive in the exhaust system. I spoke to Michael about it and he costed it then contacted the Sales people. We negotiated a reduced trade in based on the expensive part and, as arranged, took the car into to the Brighton Road yard and they took it from there.
It could not have been easier. Am I please with my purchase – oh yes. It’s great.
Just about ready to take it to Michael to have the 1000 kilometre check over as if it was brand new.
I am thrilled with car and service – see you in ten years for the old lady version.
