New Car Sales Manager

Marcus began his career in commercial construction, but his long-running passion for automotive photography eventually pulled him toward the automotive industry full-time. Joining Eblen Subaru in 2021 as a New Car Sales Consultant, he now draws on both his customer service strengths and his project management background to help manage the New Car Department. Outside of work, Marcus and his wife stay happily busy raising four kids alongside their three cats and a dog

New Car Assistant Manager

Wes joined Eblens in 2025, moving from Easy Auto after 3 years as a Used Car specialist. In his spare time he likes to spend time with family, close friends and two dogs, loves fast cars, motor sport, American football and holidaying around the world!

Car Care & Delivery Manager

Nicole has been with the group since 2018 and started with us here at Eblen Subaru in 2022. Nicole is passionate about helping people which means making sure your experience buying a car is easy and enjoyable! Outside of work she enjoys good food and fine wine as well as going to the beach, long drives and hikes with her fur-baby She will invite not only you but your four-legged friend into our dog friendly dealership!

Fleet Manager & Assistant Used Car Manager

Heath started at Eblens in early 2019 as a new car sales consultant. In late 2020 he moved into an Assistant Fleet Manager role and shortly after he took on the additional role of Assistant Used Car Manager. Now since early 2025 Heath is our Fleet Manager and Assistant Used Car Manager. Outside of work Heath enjoys a lot of live music with his family and follows his favourite Green Bay Packers, Orlando Magic and Adelaide Crows closely.

Used Car Sales Manager

Shane first joined the Eblen Subaru team in 2004. He now works as Used Car Sales Manager with a strong focus on providing guests with a great buying experience. In his spare time, Shane enjoys running, mountain bike riding and spending time with his family. His favourite food is his wife Michelle’s homemade lasagne.

Dealer Principal

Daniel began his career with Eblen Subaru in 2006 in the parts department. He then progressed to sales consultant and then to New Car Sales Manager in 2016. In 2021 he accepted the role of General Manager. Daniel is a very passionate Adelaide Crows supporter. He loves old muscle cars and enjoys driving his 1974 Ford LTD. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the park with his little boys and spending time with his family.

Kingswood Service Manager

TJ joined originally joined Eblen's in 2012 and briefly left in 2016 for a few years in sunny Queensland. Upon returning in 2018, TJ has remained a valued team member, taking a role as service manager for our Kingswood branch. TJ strives to deliver an amazing customer experience for every guest and is committed to the Subaru product. Outside of work TJ enjoys watching his favorite teams, Manly Sea Eagles in Rugby league and the Celtics in NBA and spends his weekends cheering on his kids with his wife at their local sporting events.

Workshop Controller/Subaru Advanced Technician

Shane joined Eblen’s in 2008 and now works as Workshop Controller/Subaru Advanced Technician. He has a strong passion for the brand and is a perfectionist in quality. Outside of work, Shane enjoys playing with his dog and hanging with friends.

Service Manager

Gordon recently joined the Eblen team as the service manager with 16 years of automotive industry experience, he is committed to helping with any of your service needs. He has a passion for all things cars and automotive with a love for Subaru, this extends to his love of all things motorsports where he enjoys being part of the crew for his wife’s rally team.

Assistant Fleet Manager

Steven started with Eblen Subaru in February 2018 as the delivery coordinator and product specialist. From there, Steven progressed into New Car Sales and later in 2022 becoming the Assistant New Car Sales Manager. Outside of work, Steven is a passionate golfer and also enjoys music, food, gaming and movies.
